Plastic goods home-work pay scale for Gmünd district, Lower Austria

Home workers (Heimarbeiter/innen) performing the specified plastic-goods work in the Gmünd district, and all employers (Auftraggeber) who engage them for these tasks.
Pay and supplements
Piece rates must be calculated using a base rate of €9.52 per hour. Home workers receive an additional 10% home-work supplement (Heimarbeitszuschlag) shown separately on pay. Holiday bonus and Christmas remuneration (Urlaubszuschuss, Weihnachtsremuneration) are each four weeks' wages, equaling 8%.
When it applies
The scale took effect on June 1, 2026 and applies throughout the Gmünd administrative district in Lower Austria.
